How long will updates take once a request is submitted to the webteam ?
The standard turnaround time for update requests is 48-72 hours. If the update request is extensive, the completion timeline is extended. Current requests will be completed in the order they are received and will be implemented shortly.

You will receive a confirmation email when you send a request. You can also append a new message to an existing request by providing your emailid and ticket id in CHECK TICKET STATUS at http://helpdesk.amrita.edu/.

When we have completed your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
